Home Prices to Drop by 19% by 2023

High interest rates and inflation mean that Canadian home prices are expected to DROP considerably. Over the course of the pandemic, home prices were soaring as interest rates were at an all time low. The market has already been changing drastically day-to-day, and it seems as if it won't slow down for the rest of the year.
