Today we’re at the Cobourg Conservation Area. There’s tons of space for sports and activities, as well as several soccer nets. This 31 acre area has some beautiful forest paths and lots of mature trees. It was a very quiet and peaceful spot with a beautiful creek and bridge and is a great choice if you’re wanting to get some fresh air or are looking for a field to play sports and games on. Fishing in the creek is also popular here in the warmer months! I highly recommend exploring this area, even during the colder months. There are even a few restaurants down the road from the Conservation Area if you want to grab a hot drink while you go for a walk! This was a hidden gem that I didn’t know about until recently, but I’ll definitely be back in the warmer months as it’d be a great spot for a picnic.
